"The Fire Pizza Company just catered an event for my family here in Northford, CT. They came in and made amazing, delicious pizza for a crowd of 40+ and quickly at that. They were lovely, professional, and made great food- all on a freezing cold day while working outside with their lovely oven. We eat a LOT of wood fired pizza in this family, and this was great. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your event, large or small."

Delicious pizza and excellent customer service. Jimmie and his wife slung pies and manned the brick oven in the 90 degree June heat for our son's first birthday! Our guests were so impressed with the different variety they offered and all commented on how delicious the unique combinations were. They also offered a side salad (well composed and a nice option for variety). The last hour, delightful mini cannolis were put out for dessert. Jimmie was easy to coordinate with, thoroughly prepared, and very pleasant. I hired Jimmie for my wedding which was in June. He was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big day. He was in communication with my wedding planner because we were having some concerns about the other food truck we booked. Literally during ceremony, we found out our second food truck was not coming. Jimmie called his wife and sister-in-law who immediately drove up to our venue (which is an hour drive from most) to assist him in feeding our whole wedding party. I used Jim and his wife for my Son's 11th Birthday Party after I was extremely impressed at their presentation at my cousins house. I remember immediately grabbing their card and calling the very next day and booking a date. Jim was very accommodating, although he was booked out quite a bit he did make some arrangements to fit me in as I wanted this to be special for my sons day! Not only is the pizza amazing,but he made it a point to make one football shaped since that was the theme of the party. After COVID-19 is over and we get back to normalcy I highly recommend booking them for any events or catering services!! You will not be disappointed!
They catered our son 's first birthday party yesterday. Jimmie was so easy to work leading up to the party. The novelty of the truck was cool to some and then the pizza! Our family and friends could not stop raving about how good it was. They loved the unique combos, like pear and pig, the hawaian, bbq pizza, mashed potato, and they went wild for spaghetti and meatball. Our guests were ordering right until last call. Jimmie 's wife was his assistant and she was so pleasant too. Truly worth the money for such great food and an experience for your guests.
