Poorly trained staff, who don’t listen when you place an order as they’re too busy speaking to other folks. Car crash Level service where you walk out questioning why you went in there need to train staff to repeat order, qualify they have the right order and LISTEN. Clear staff had little product knowledge and definitely not what you’d look for in a good standing fish and chip shop. edited Should note that the representative from the company chose to identify a staff member I didn’t.
