I have found this place through Google because the area around me doesn't cut the fish the way I want. But the last 4 times I've gone to buy fish, I felt very disrespected by the staff that was helping me. They made me feel like I was weird for the request I asked because I did ask for the bones, and head after they fillet the fish so we can make a stock at and also that found me to be a joke.
