Everything about this place is superb! From the great and timely customer service to the high-quality food. The highlight of the meal was the grits. Being from the South, I'm leery of ordering grits outside of the South. However when I found out the owners were from Louisiana, I knew I was in good hands. And they did not disappoint! I kept dipping my fried catfish in my boyfriend's short ribs gravy just because I needed to soak up all the flavor. This is a place that truly lives up to its name. I highly recommend this establishment and will be back next time I visit LA.
Customer service was top tier. The 2 gentleman that served us were so kind and accommodating. Food was delicious and fresh also. Biscuits were my favorite with the fried shrimp and fish my friend said the chicken tenders needed more seasoning so I would recommend getting something else but other than that everything was well cooked and seasoned.
