The Flintlock Inn

a really nice eating experience in the pub, which is only easy away from the beaten stretch. I just dropped one star, as the inside and square mats, cutlery, etc. are some dated. the employees and food are exceptional. I would consider this in the upper level of what most people consider as a 'pub food' I had the stuffed bun and the other half had black buckle. both were absolutely delicious and we loved every morsel. when they are in the opposite, I urge them to visit.

very enjoyed our lunchtime. I enjoyed the heap and minze suppe with really delicious warm focaccia brot all very beautifully presented. had an avocado and pfeffersandwich, which was also very good. will definitely return. very accessible from the A302...so practically for those who travel from south to Devon/Cornwall.

the first time the flintlock inn nice eating nice atmosphere drinks very cheap, all food cooked to a high standard staff very friendly, fantastic vegan wein. highly recommended. we will be back.

Absolutely loved our food in this pub. Delicious food, good range of food on menu. Good value. The bar staff were.lovely anf friendly. Would definitely recommend.
