The Food Crate Cafe

My first visit to this restaurant this morning, searching for a place to have breakfast, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Two of us had breakfast dishes and one had a baked potato, all cooked perfectly. We were even given a delicious piece of gingerbread cake as a bonus, which was as tasty as it looked. The staff were also excellent and there were no long waits. Everything was cooked fresh. We will definitely be returning and are happy to have discovered this gem.

My husband , my mum and myself went for breakfast on Sunday late morning and I have to say it was absolutely gorgeous, staff where great and could not have been any friendlier. This is the first time we have tried here and definitely won’t be the last. Breakfast was lovely and my mum had a baked potato with cheese and chicken and again lovely. Cakes also look lovely and we had a piece of gingerbread, which tasted so good, looking forward to returning.

No eating in due to restrictions, but the takeaway service was quick and we enjoyed our spicy chicken burgers and great coffees. Well worth a visit when working in Bellshill again.

Best sit in cafe in Bellshill by far! Poached egg n toast is flawless I've had breakfast in there countless times and even invite friends n family who have also been impressed.

The service was excellent and the coffee is the best I have had in town. Thank you. I am even considering buying a house nearby just for the coffee!
