Wow what a fabulous pub. We had booked for Sunday lunch for 4 of us. Had not heard of the restaurant before but was half way from our friends . What a gem! It’s was full of arrival so that’s a good sign! Quite a small car park but managed to get a space ! Sunday lunch the roast was huge my husband and friends said the beef and pork was amazing and the yorkshires were massive ! I had the trio of fish (pescatarian) it was delicious and I couldn’t finish it. Desert lovely treacle tart and sticky toffee when down a treat! We all rolled out of the restaurant ! Fabulously packed pub on a Friday lunchtime . Lady waitresses and servers , efficient, engaging and just lovely to talk to , food deliciously home made and generous portions , nothing left but clean plates followed with a tasty glass of Sauvignon blanc … will definitely be back

Just love this place! Ivan and his staff are so accommodating, always happy to see us (and make room for our dog too! and the food is amazing. Will always return as this is our favourite place to eat.

Lovely country village pub setting. We had a large family table, which all the staff managed very professional with a friendly service. Looking forward to returning. I would advise to book a table.
