Pretty disappointed with the pub itself after the all positive reviews so far I'd call it shabby bordering on dirty and not in a charming way more in a neglected way. I'd probably have left if it wasn't for the back patio which scores big points. I do give them credit for a really nice patio with lots of sun and nice landscaping, especially the climbing plants. They carry Sambrooks and Dark Star beers which is another saving grace but they otherwise have an arguably terrible beer selection. To be fair, they have do have variety but unfortunately IMO it's all junk. Unfortunately I think there are other, less neglected pubs where one can sit outside and enjoy a Sambrooks in the immediate area.

The Fox Hounds is a bit odd. Not bad odd, just different odd. It has the most un-pub sort of menu. Even for a gastro pub the menu would be a bit off. Sometimes you just want to order some chips to share with your friends. Not possible here. That being said, they have a fairly good selection of beverages, the service is very good, and the best part, they have two cats. The cats are actually one of the reasons we 've been back more than once. My friend and I love cats but can 't have them at home, so pub cats are a winner in our books. Plus, they have a fairly sizeable garden with lots of seating. Win.

This was my first local pub in London, and it was exactly the charming gastro pub I had envisioned before even entering. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the pub itself is absolutely delightful. With its heavy wooden furniture and beautifully worn leather sofas, the atmosphere was wonderful. The bar is well-stocked, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine with your Sunday lunch or to catch up with friends in a lovely setting. This is one of my favorite pubs in London, and it's definitely a must-visit for anyone in the SW11 area!

This restaurant is incredible! The staff is truly wonderful, and the food is fantastic. I had the Sunday Roast, and it was absolutely delicious—so good! The garden is lovely, the service is excellent, and I had a wonderful time overall. You definitely need to visit and give it a try! Reserva una mesa ahora

I can barely believe that this gem of a pub hasn’t bern modernised for contemporary tastes. It’s a genuine neighbourhood pub, with locals rubbing...

The atmosphere is pleasant and tranquil, with engaging conversations rather than loud music, which is something to look forward to later!

Love this little gem, i hope it never changes and is kept exactly how it is and love the fact Chelsea pensioners drink in here

Cozy and charming, grab a pint and enjoy it outside—perfect for unwinding after work on a Friday night. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's a charming little pub, but £6.30 for a pint of bitter and a bag of crisps seems a bit steep!
