The menu is outstanding..the chefs just get it and surpass each time. I have been now numerous, many times with young and oldies and they all love the food, the service and ambience. We just return time and time again. You have to try the calamari and/or the crab as a starter and then check out the specials menu. Their fish menu is outstanding, freshly delivered every day and they cater for all, if not your thing. Brilliant service. Great food. Beef wellington on a Sunday is cooked to perfection. Definitely will be going back again. The front of house chap mario is very good at his job. Great chefs aswell. From the restaurant you can see them at work and they where very professional and hygienic. Can't say a bad word about the place to be honest. Food drinks: Great food. Visited today for Christmas Eve, and all 4 of us had different amazing main meals and desserts. Food was hot, tasty, and arrived in a timely manner. Jugs of water were also available on the table.Service was excellent, staff very friendly, and accommodating. Atmosphere was festive and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning. Great service and on such a busy night. Accommodated when phoned to book on a busy festive evening. Staff were great and attentive and courteous throughout. Wonderful pub , beautiful but we order weeks in advance gluten free stuff only to be told on the night it wasn't available. They were apologetic and genuine and didn't charge but disappointed would be a benefit to their menu if they could include this Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

What a charming little place! The food is consistently high quality, the ambience is quaint and cosy (especially when the fire is on in winter) and the staff are world class, no ask is too big. It’s dog friendly too which is a big plus Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Gorgeous place, food was absolutely delicious and staff was so welcoming and friendly. Deserves more then a 5 star. The steak I had was cooked perfectly and my boyfriend had nothing bad to say about the haddock all praise to the chef. x Service: 5 Location: 5
