I ordered takeout over the phone on a Sunday. The hostess informed me that it would take about 25-30 minutes, which would have been ideal, but she hadn't checked with the kitchen before giving us that estimate. Ultimately, we ended up waiting closer to 90 minutes. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would primarily blame the hostess, who was rather rude and unhelpful. The manager was very accommodating, but unfortunately, the food turned out to be quite bland after such a long wait.
I’ve been here a few times, and I’m always pleased with what I order! I’m a Southerner, so I’m pretty critical of New England places that try to imitate southern cuisine, but their fried green tomatoes and hush puppies hit the spot. The cocktails are delicious, and I also really appreciate that they have some creative nonalcoholic cocktails too. The decor and atmosphere make this place really stand out, too.
The Frogmore never fails to impress. The decor and ambiance are delightful, creating a warm and inviting feel. The waitress is attentive and brings a touch of surprise to the experience. The food is genuinely comforting and satisfying. The fried green tomatoes and blueberry cobbler stand out as truly exceptional dishes.
The main problem we faced was the lack of attentive service. Even though we were a large group, the restaurant wasn't crowded. The waitstaff often vanished for long stretches of time, which resulted in us spending almost three hours there. On the bright side, we never felt rushed. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food was excellent! They got our drink order wrong and took it off the bill with no issue. They even surprised our birthday girl with a free dessert. Such a pleasant group of waiters. We will absolutely be back.
I feel really lucky to have such a great restaurant in my neighborhood. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they even have pinball machines to play!
The dining area was very cramped, and the food did not meet my expectations. After spending $100, I found myself wanting to leave shortly after finishing my meal.
Entrees were sized more like appetizers, which was disappointing considering I’m especially pregnant and especially hungry. Food was bomb though Reserva una mesa ahora
