At that point, a woman wearing flip-flops came out from the back and asked what was going on. My wife then asked her if they had more marshmallows. The woman pointed at the nearly empty container again and said there were some right there. My wife reiterated that she understood but emphasized that both she and our daughter wanted marshmallows and there weren't enough in the container. The woman replied with an attitude, "Yeah, we've got more when the container's empty."

I was in the mood for dessert and decided to stop by this place with my brother. As a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised to find three vegan flavors available! I opted for the cookies and cream, and it was absolutely delicious! To make the experience even better, Nate, the staff member who helped us, was incredibly cheerful and provided excellent customer service. He answered all my questions about the toppings with enthusiasm and a genuine smile. Overall, it created a wonderful end-of-the-day memory. I will definitely return and recommend this place to others! A big thank you to Froyo Factory and Nate for such a great experience!
We absolutely love this place for frozen yogurt! The selection of froyo flavors and the variety of toppings are always a hit. The seating area is clean and features many colorful chairs, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your dessert. There are also nice outdoor seating options at the front and side of the building. Plus, they support local children’s sports teams—my nephew plays on one of the football teams they sponsor. You won't regret visiting!
I stopped in to get some gift cards. I didn't get any FroYo #o my rating could go up. The place was very clean and not busy of course it was cold outside. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to come back again and try it out.

It’s frozen yogurt. It’s amazing! All types of flavors to choose from and a wide variety of extras to add in. What more could you ask for!
I think fro yo is the best ice cream ever it is the only one that lets you do it by yourself that is you I think it is the best ?
