If I could give a negative star I would. To say I appalled by the service of this place is an understatement. Ordered my food and was told it would arrive at half 6 but didn't arrive till closer to 8pm, my mum and dad both called multiple times asking of the foods whereabouts and we were told it was with the delivery driver but we were promised a refund for the inconvenience. When the food arrived the delivery driver told us he had only got the food 10 mins prior which means we had been lied to multiple times before. There was also items of our order missing as well. AVOID this place at all cost. I ordered food for delivery at 6.30pm After 3 phone calls it still wasn't here even though we were told at 6 45pm it was out for delivery;! Then we were promised a full refund!! The food eventually arrived at almost 8pm and the order was incomplete !!!. We waited a week to see if the refund would be processed!! Decided to call into the shop to see what was happening. The manager said that because we had taken the food from the driver he wasn't going to refund us. We explained the order was incomplete and an hour and a half late. He was rude and not prepared to listen. He went back on his word No way to run a business. Will never order again.

Great wee shop the staff are second to none and Frank the owner is a always chatty and nothing is to much for him. The girls on the counter and excellent and very well mannered. The food is not a let down either everything always tastes fresh and not reheated like a lot of places can be. Delivery service is great very quick and again well mannered drivers who will go out in all weather's to save to you the soaking or freezing yourself. Prices are very reasonable again unlike other places within the area who feel the need to rip people off. Would highly recommend this chip shop if in the area give it a try.

Take out from this restaurant is always a great choice. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are generous. Food is usually good but had problems with the online app before so stopped using. My wife ordered tonight using the frying Scot app by mistake I just knew we'd have issues. Ordered at 20:30 food arrived at 22:05 chips were luke warm and soggy, order had item missing.

This restaurant is the best around. The staff is incredibly friendly, always on time, and the food is top-notch. The service is for delivery, perfect for a delicious dinner. The price per person ranges from £10-£20.
