Style over substance. You can have the funkiest decor out there but if you can't get the basics of service and food quality right then it's just an empty gesture.Went here with friends and everyone was disappointed. I work in Leederville and know the amount of choice out there for a tasty lunch. I took my parents here for a Friday lunch today and left an hour and a half later and my mother still had not eaten. She ordered a steak (just under $40) and over an hour later had still not been served. We asked the waitress several times to follow up - her response was 'oh are you in a hurry? three requests later, including having to go to the counter to follow up and it finally arrived 85 minutes after first ordering it - tough as leather and horribly overdone. We went to the Garden Restaurant on Sunday and we're very disappointed with steak sandwich. Meat inferior, not a quality piece of steak. Sour dough bun on the stale side. On the upside one of us had the calamari which was very nice and tender. Ordered a side of fries which was huge and came in a colander. Atmosphere great. Will still go back again, a little more discerning in our meal choice.

Great vibe.Awesomely thought out.Catches any occasion...Set in a literal garden setting with decor that makes you settle in and enjoy the surrounds.Music easy listening not to loud so can still talk and hold a conversation...Only fault the wine and champagne not cold enough...That could be a personal opinion!! Two vodka and sodas for $28. Absolute joke. Guy wouldn't use soda from the gun and had to sell me two bottles of mineral water. Also told me it was "premium Australian vodka". Couldn't believe it!!Also the guy had a poor attitude. Typical Perth hipster barman.We finished our drinks and left!

Had an early dinner (6 pm) so parking was not a problem and there were not many customers and therefor no background noise. Service was friendly and efficient and the meals, steak sandwich and fish and chips, were well presented and more than ample.

Great customer service, and a great romantic meal at The Garden. Highly recommended - although the food was at a higher price - the quality of the food was superb. Will return when I am back in Australia.

Literally one big beer garden. Absolutely lovely, and the meals to pretty decent as well. Rather quiet when we were here, but got in before the rush. Pretty hip and happening as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

We were there in a group shared starters then i had fish and chips followed 2 hours later by terrible diahorrea. Cant say ill be going back any time in the future.

I took a student here for a beer and we both had a good night. The vibe is pretty chill and the staff are nice and knowledgable
