The Gates On Roblin

Atmosphere was very beautiful but the room was so quiet that you had to whisper and could practically hear the next table chewing. No background music was played which we found odd. Bread served before the meal was very dry but service was great and the appetizers and main course were delicious.

Very good service. Servers were very accommodating in allowing my partner and me to split an entree and appetizer they even split it for us. Prime rib was not the best I've had, but still very good.

Excellent food and service, this is our favorite restaurant in West Winnipeg. Not cheap but certainly worth the price when you are celebrating a special occasion…

The meat was not done as ordered. They ran out of the original ordered items and had to substitute. Not good value for the price charged.

The service was excellent, and the Chateaubriand was outstanding. Dimming the lights a bit would enhance the overall atmosphere.

Caesar salad was only average and stuffed chicken although tasty was dry. Ambience was great. Mushroom soup was excellent.
