I requested gammon cooked without oil and a jacket potato, but the waiter informed me that they couldn’t prepare the jacket option. Nonetheless, the chef was eager to find an alternative for me, and I ended up choosing new potatoes and a fried egg as a substitute for the jacket potato. I was not upset about the change, and in fact, I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and supportive throughout the experience. Thank you for a delightful meal! I will definitely be returning.
I had a great experience at this lovely hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated that I could bring my dog into the bar area, where they offered tasty treats for pets. I enjoyed a delicious pint of Thwaites along with a wonderful meal. Even though I don’t live nearby, I would definitely return when I'm in the area and would highly recommend this place. Thank you to all the wonderful employees!
I had an incredible meal in a stunning setting. I ordered the gluten-free roast beef, and it was the best I've ever had. I was especially impressed with the homemade Yorkshire pudding, and the beef just melted in my mouth. Everything we tried was delicious. My mother also enjoyed her liver dish and couldn’t get enough of my beef. We will definitely be coming back!
beautiful night away, room was immaculate and very modern and comfortable. the bar area and the restaurant also comfortable and good. eating and wein was very pleasant. the personal was also very attentive. the cooked breakfast was hot and well presented. would be highly recommended and definitely return, sally made our stay very pleasant. Lovely room , great food and a warm welcome . Great choice for vegetarians and a decent latte with my breakfast .Couldn’t ask for anything more .
