It had more kick to it than I usually tolerate, so the ranch dressing was helpful to cool it. Hubby enjoyed the seared tuna dish—was a nice flavor, good quality and presentation. Decent things to say about the food, and the service was adequate—-not sure how it would be if it were more packed. It was a stormy Saturday, so maybe it kept a few folks away than normal so it was a good time to check it out. I'm pleased to have discovered a restaurant in CH that offers a varied menu suitable for all tastes. I'm eager to sample more dishes in the future. I tried the buffalo shrimp with blue cheese and bacon, which had a bit more spice than I'm used to, but the ranch dressing did a nice job of cooling it down. The restaurant is currently dealing with some challenges, as they were out of water glasses when we arrived and the service was inconsistent. However, the pretzels and Tuna Tostadas were quite tasty, while the Beef Wellington was underwhelming due to overcooked beef and a sauce that was hard to enjoy. On a positive note, they do have excellent happy hour specials.
I came to The George for drinks and apps with a few friends the other night. We sat in the bar area which had a great vibe and fun music playing. The cocktails and appetizers were tasty and our waitress was very friendly and attentive! It is so nice to have a fun restaurant/bar with a good crowd in the burbs! I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, when the sign indicates that they are closed for remodeling, it actually means they are renovating a different location and might not reopen at all. It's really unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential.
Every dish we sampled was absolutely delightful. I highly recommend the beef Wellington; it was one of the best I've ever tasted. The steak tacos and fish tacos were also exceptional.
The sign on the door informs that the restaurant is closed for construction. I'm curious whether this closure is temporary or permanent, as it would be a shame if it were lasting.
We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation, only to discover that it was closed for remodeling. As a result, we had to come up with different dinner plans.

The beef Wellington at this restaurant is outstanding and offers great value for the price. The happy hour menu is also excellent.
Food was good but service could use alot of work. Everything from the attitude to the time. The bus boys were the best!!!!
