The George Inn - Reserva de mesa

From check in to check out my stay was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I felt very welcome; not just another guest. The food was fantastic, their home beer The George was delicious and the home made ice cream was exceptional. My room (with a very welcome upgrade to a double) was impeccably clean, spacious and the comfortable ensured a great night 's sleep. The location is great with a shop, pub and restaurant on site there was no need for me to go anywhere else during my stay. We stayed for one night only but fantastic atmosphereour food to die for all home cooked I even found an thanked the chief lovely owners can't do enough for you..we had the attic room lovely comfortable if I'm that way again that's where we'll stay would highly recommend12 stars..... Found this lovely little pub completely by accident on the way to Shepton. Stopped for a drink and sat outside in the sunshine. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and best of all they had low alcohol beer on tap which delighted my husband no end! Will definitely be back.

Our room was lovely, warm and quiet. Food was great, esp breakfast: the eggs Benedict were perfect. But best of all were the host's Peter and Veryan, who were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms: 5 Service: 5
