The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food was excellent. I ordered the 20-ounce Prime Rib with fries and onion rings, even though I usually don't like onions, I found them to be delicious. The Prime Rib was huge and cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. The bathrooms were very clean and there was a large free parking lot available. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal here. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely be returning. COVID-19 protocols were in place, with masks required when not seated at your table.
First, I want to say that I ordered online at the restaurant. And when my order was delivered by Door Dash, I lacked half of my order. I called the restaurant very upset, Bob the boss came on the phone and after talking to him. He came into his car and personally delivered my missing article, plus a few extras for my problems. The extras were not necessary, but very appreciated. Bob went beyond and beyond. I haven't eaten by The Good Steer for years, but recently I was transferred back to the area. It was as good as I remembered years ago. I recommend the Good Steer if you're looking for a big burger, don't look further.
Going to a restaurant and not having to look at the menu is a great feeling. At the Good Steer, all I need is a cheese dreamburger and a coffee to be happy. The quality of the ingredients and the delicious cheese sauce make it feel like angels came down from the sky to create this amazing burger. I love this place so much that my employee gave me a gift card last Christmas, which I happily used on one of my favorite meals. I can't confirm my theory, but it's a great one.
Not here for years. I took my husband back a few years for his birthday at this place. The food was very good, as well as the service. That was his first time, and he was very impressed. We'll eat here again. We support local companies.
