Worst experience ever! Terrible service and the staff applies a policy that they cannot serve over 6 people without booking! What? Yep! We walked in and because we were 7 they told us they couldn’t serve us. They insulted us, the restaurant was empty and when my friend said: “at the end you are loosing because it could have been 7 meals and a good tip”, one girl said “I don’t mind, I seriously don’t mind”. I don’t know who creates this kind of policy and which restaurant let their customers go like that. Went on a Saturday night to actually eat in the restaurant. Our first impressions was just seeing nobody eating in the restaurant and endless number of people in motorbike helmets queuing presumably delivering food to all those lazy people who won’t attend in person. All other restaurants we walked past on the way were full. We thought it might take a while to receive our food. However, the service was actually quite quick and we enjoyed our food. Really good place to go if haven’t booked anywhere and want peace and quiet, always going to be space.
Don't bother going here they are more interested in serving the continuous stream of takeout delivery men than the customers in the restaurant. It took ages for drinks then food to arrive, sides arriving well after the burgers. All burger buns were charred black but we were too hungry to complain and had already heard the manager swearing at staff so really just wanted to leave.
This is a good restaurant to visit, despite the negative reviews. I have been here a few times and the customer service is better than other places. The burgers are great, as well as the truffle cheese fries and honey butter chicken wings.

I had to get a decent quick dinner and this is the perfect place as always. Fresh and tasty food, friendly and attentive staff. Not my first visit nor the last. Great place, service and food.
Some reservations about the presentation of the place, very tired looking (and dare I say not the cleanest looking). However, the food was undeniably good.
Ordered 2 burgers and chips well done, came pink and didnt send 2 portions of chips Absolutely rubbish, how retarded can the staff be seriously?!?!
The food at GBK was incredible and the service was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience at this lovely restaurant and can't complain.

I ordered 4 beef dishes cooked to medium-rare, but they arrived more well-done than I had hoped.
They never have Korean chicken and onion rings, the service is terrible
