The Grainstore Brewery

booked evening meal and tried to check their own beer. we were blown away from the choice of beer, the quality of food, the great atmosphere, the friendliness of the natives. what a star place. will you go to oakham? only disappointment was that I could not buy a beer in boxes as they were too busy to get them prepared and we had to go the next day early. would have liked to take 2 or 3 brews for my Easter bash at home. we hope we can come back.

Food is lovely home cooked food. We got 2 for 1 which was brilliant steak and gammon for price of one meal....staff always polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel very comfortable. We love it here whether it is to have breakfast at weekend or a nice relaxing meal.

excellent place to visit. right next to the railway station oakham in an old goods shed. has a series of cask grainstore beer in excellent condition. also good lunch too. highly recommended.

lunch for 2 on Thursday. eating was fantastic as usual. the staff was very helpful and the service was fantastic. 1050 is still one of the best pints I had.

worth every penny, staff friendly,and helpful,tour big,ploughmans to die, could not mistake this, a beautiful experience, keep the good work up!
