I recently realized that I wrote a review for this restaurant 7 years ago. The Great Outdoorsman is consistently excellent. Every sandwich I have tried here has been delicious. I have explored about two-thirds of the menu and their breads are fantastic. The meats are freshly cut in front of you and they offer unique vegetable options like sprouts, mushrooms, and three types of peppers. My current favorite is the chicken salad, which is savory and does not contain any fruit or sweetness. It is incredibly tasty. The chicken poblano soup is also amazing. Great sandwich shop! Everything is freshly carved and made to order. The friendly staff enhances the overall experience. I do wish it were a bit less expensive for just a sandwich, but the quality is excellent and the service is quick. You can get an 8-inch sub for around $10. The thinly sliced meats are a nice touch, and there are plenty of seats inside. The roast beef was especially delicious!
My ham and cheese sub was just alright; it could have used more meat. My wife enjoyed her turkey and cheese sandwich, though. I opted for the white bread, which I wouldn't recommend if you have any jaw issues since it was very chewy and not soft at all. After eating, my jaw definitely needed a break. Overall, it wasn't worth the $30 for two people.

I wish I had pictures to share but the food was devoured! Wanted to try a new sub sandwich place and they did not disappoint. I got the club on the croissant and everything was flavorful and fresh. The lemonade is just the right amount of sweet and tart! Definitely check out this location for some amazing sandwiches!!

These are the best sandwiches I've ever tasted! The staff is incredibly friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are fantastic. You can't go wrong by giving them a try; you'll find yourself coming back for more, just like I have! LOL
The only downside was the homeless camp blocking the entrance and the dirty floors, which made it difficult to navigate. The deli slicer made a Reuben, which was just okay. I used to love this place, but I won’t be coming back.

Great sandwich. Meat comes from the deli on site. Very large menu. It's like subway 10.
I was served the blandest bread at this sandwich shop. It was utterly stale.
