My rating is in relation also to the other options near by and generally in Cheshunt. I visited for the first time and I made a grave error, I ordered the main 'Greek box ' they sell but got salad with it to go. By the time I got home the food was bone cold and it was a poor experience. Ever eager to try it as intended and not to be quick to judge, I visited again but this time asked the salad to be put separately. After recently returning from Greece, where I had my first chicken gyros, I was thrilled when my daughter introduced me to this hidden gem. I honestly didn’t expect it to be as delicious as the one I tried in Greece, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was incredible—packed with flavor and generous portions—truly exceeding my expectations. The atmosphere in the shop, created by Ricky, was delightful, and I felt very welcomed. After having gyros at Greek Street, I can no longer enjoy an ordinary kebab. Amazing gyros! We've been searching for authentic gyro kebabs for ages, and we're thrilled that The Greek Road has opened so nearby! Everything—the fries, salads, gyro kebabs, and dips—was absolutely delicious. We're really happy to see that they're busy. The only minor drawback for me was the size and price of the dips (like hummus, etc.). They come in small containers and really shouldn't be priced at £1 each.
