After a quick search, I found this place on Yelp and spent quite a while walking all around the village trying to find it since it’s not visible from the street. I get the feeling The Green Fork wants customers to explore a bit before discovering it, which I actually appreciated. Thanks to its hidden location, I definitely hit my step goal that day.

The Green Fork closes earlier than the post office, yet still serves food, which feels upside down—much like their menu. The portions are ridiculously small, with just four pieces of day-old chicken. They intentionally put the dressing inside the bowl to make the meal seem fuller, forcing you to pay for two extra dressings just to have enough. This place really needs to rethink its approach. I've lowered my rating to one star. I want to like this place, but for the price, the produce isn’t even organic.
This restaurant has really gone downhill, and quickly. There are fewer options available, and the staff seems to be less attentive than before. I just ordered a custom bowl, and the server literally gave me half a bowl of salad. I don't get it—$15 should get you a full bowl. They need to stop skimping on the portions. Also, it's unhygienic to put the dressing in a container after handling it. It feels like a trick to make the bowl look fuller than it actually is.

The menu offers healthy options with plenty of easy vegan choices, all made with high-quality ingredients. While it is a bit on the expensive side, the value of fresh, nutritious food is well worth it!
The food was fantastic, and the portion sizes were ample, making the prices quite reasonable. I will certainly come back to support this local gem that takes a global approach to cuisine. Also, if the peanut butter and vegan chocolate-covered dates are on offer, be sure to grab them!
