This fish and chip shop is fantastic, with a charming seating area. We have visited multiple times in the past year and believe it is the best way to enjoy freshly prepared fish and chips, without the condensation you often get with takeaway orders. The prices are very reasonable, with a meal for two including drinks costing around £25. The owner is delightful, knowledgeable, and friendly. While it may not be the closest chippy to us, parking is free at Sainsbury's for up to 1.5 hours and only £1 for under 3 hours.
I visited Green Man Fish & Chips in Edgware for the first time and was impressed with the service. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer a lunch express menu for seniors at a discounted price. Despite the lower price, the portion size was the same as the regular menu. I was pleased to see the cafe show respect and warmth towards elderly customers. The fish and chips were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
burger craft is currently in the residenz bei the green man. burgers were really good, especially the sombrero, who had a really nice kick. I would also recommend the fully loaded dirty fries definitiw not conscious for the health. but did you get rid of the pork, bee and jalepenos? it has kept its pub feel and is supported by an excellent selection of beers, including twickenham ales, break, punk ipa, camden to name some
Went out on a fish and chip hunt a few sundays ago, Was about to give up, as I turned round I spotted this place, and thought why not. Well, they cooked me fresh fish and chips, when I got home , it was lovely, not oily, the chips were nice, fish was fresh.. couldn't fault it Been there since, its still as good..You wont get a saveloy or meat pie there, but you definitely wont be disappointed with the fish and chips!

This fish and chip restaurant is a gem of a place in Edgware. The owner really knows how to fry delicious fish and chips. We’ve been eating here for many years and love the fact that we can also get a home delivery. Can get traditional batter or matzo coating. The portion sizes for take away are very generous. If you are over 60 there is a perfect size and price fish and chip meal in the restaurant.
always the fish and chips take the choice! the staff is great and the fish is never soggy, only always perfect crunchy and fresh. the chips are incredibly multiish and I usually have to stop filling on them before I can come to the main event! After I recently tried another fish and chip shop, I believe that the green man is superior to his eating.
I have been six or seven times in the last few months and never been disappointed in any way. Beautifully fresh haddock, fried in batter to perfection and my chips crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and pipping hot. Big portions; excellent value. Very polite and accommodation service.
We absolutely adore this fish and chip shop. We are local residents and frequently order takeout from here, as well as dine in on occasion. The food is consistently delicious and the service is excellent - very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this place!

Food is delicious and friendly service. One fault though this time, no covid safety measures in place. Tables not 1m apart and none less than usual. No sanitizer on entry etc
Really Nice fish and chips freshly Made and decent price too . Worth going a mile or so done then street from haven at greenacre to get them .
