The Green Table - Reservar una mesa

Traveling between Corpus Christie and Houston I did not expect to find a vegan oasis. However, I came across The Green Table, a food truck (actually a very small trailer) in Victoria, Texas that is a true vegan haven. The food, 100% vegan, is very good, prepared with care and love and presented with a friendly smile.

We’re visiting Victoria, Tx for the holiday and were so happy that this friendly food truck was open on July 4th! The owner is super friendly, has amazing food, and great prices. We had the pastor and bistec torta, loaded French fries, and banana bread. Amazing!!!!

eating is delicious! r e had bistec pastor tacos. both tasted wonderful. they came with different sides that were beautiful when my man and I shared everything. I am happy to come back here and try one dessert or two. the owner is a beautiful lady.

i had never had vegan tacos so i was very skeptical, but i couldn’t even tell they were vegan.

Got the barbacoa tacos, and picadillo tortas, it was excellent! Will be going back again!
