Went here on date night with the wifey. I hadn't been here in a while so I totally forgot the atmosphere. The place is pretty big they offer indoor and outdoor dining now due to the pandemic. The host was very friendly accommodated us in a quick and timely fashion. When we went it wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. The waiter was very informative and even suggested what to eat as I was undecided (havnt gone out much since lockdown). I decided on a half rack of ribs with fries and slaw and wife ordered a steak, rice, and salad entree. Food was good and drinks were on point. They had their own signature drinks which is a plus. They have a bar as well and televisions all around making it a child...
They go here since they originally opened and they are consistently good in the accuracy of orders, quality of food and speed in the kitchen. Yesterday evening and waiter Andre was great. He let us laugh and was super attentive. Food was good, beer was cold, service was great. My only criticism and this goes back, even if they were originally opened... there is no national Bohemian beer!! It's on her *new* menu, it got our hopes, but immediately she crashed. The company menu that needs to be sent to all Green Turtles throughout America has Natty Boh on their beer menu. You don't, NOR EVER WILL, have NATTY BOH. Legendary Tenders ..$12.. we 're pretty good. Lightly battered and seasoned and not overcooked made them nice and tasty. A bowl of Maryland Crab soup..$7 was flavorful in a tomato base.. but could use some more crab meat.. please. Also tried GT Root Beer.. $3 served in a bottle which was a unique treat. Ate at the bar where the service was good by a friendly bartender. Restaurant had a nice open and spacious atmosphere. Stop by on a Tuesday night and you can join in a few games of Texas Hold 'em starting around 7pm.
I never have a bad experience at any Green Turtle restaurants I've been to. This one here, just as awesome. My server Amanda, was absolutely great. She was doing double duty, hostess and waitress. She made me feel welcome, was very attentive to my drink refills, and had a great smile! I will definitely revisit when I am in the area for work again!
Good food. Although we did take out, the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and questions... didn't even need to ask if our food was ready and they went to check! Took the food to Eisenhower park to sorta picnic. Oh! Our order... Crabby Melt with fries and crab dip and a grilled salmon sandwich. Both amazing!
This sports bar/family restaurant combo is excellent. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus for me as finding parking can be a challenge. I typically visit during happy hour for drink specials and tasty appetizers. The chicken fingers are a must-have, always crispy, hot, and juicy.
This sports bar chain offers good food and friendly service. While I have only visited on quieter nights with not-so-great sporting events, the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The individual TVs in each booth are a nice touch. I imagine it could get pretty busy on more popular nights.
The service at this restaurant is quick and efficient, with our food arriving promptly. The quality of the food was outstanding! Bartender Kayla was friendly with a lovely smile, enhancing our dining experience. She was engaging with customers, making us feel like old friends.
