absolutely out of the way! that was our favorite restaurant, our gothic place for annual days, birthdays or if friends and family stayed. Last night, 90% of the staff were there. we were left at the reception, while the employees went past us without that. Finally we sat and our menus delivered. first they notice that the price has risen, fair enough prices are rising everywhere. then they notice that dishes included in the set price menu are now a supplement, a sniffy double price increase. we ordered our starters and when they arrived, we noticed that the portions had become smaller. my wife didn't even get what she had ordered, and when we brought this to the staff attention, they just sa...
Visitamos el Grill House 3 veces mientras estábamos de visita en la zona y ha mejorado mucho desde mi última reseña. Las carnes estaban deliciosas, jugosas y llenas de sabor (puedo recomendar el surf and turf), y las ensaladas y aperitivos eran generosos y sabrosos, el servicio era... atento pero no servil, y el personal parecía genuinamente feliz de cuidar de ti. ¡Mi esposo olvidó su gorra de béisbol en nuestra primera visita y la encantadora dama de recepción nos persiguió por la calle con ella! order for starter and main course. within minutes came the starter that was not a problem, but the spring rollers were not rolled up enough to fall apart. the main course came so fast after what did not give us time for our ancestors. to settle. my Sirloin steak on bones should be cooked medium that was paid a supplement for this dish to edges it was, but when I was cut into it it was not even cooked raw. I couldn't even eat it. that's why it came so fast that they didn't cook it. I complained and the waitress looked at it and said it was blue, she said the kitchen tried to cook new possibilities or not to cook I asked for my bill. she brought it and said she had taken 14% of the supplement....
From the minute you walk through the door the staff are attentive, friendly and efficient. You can observe how the staff interact, they are well trained and know exactly what each other is doing nice to see x You cannot fault the service, ambience,...choice of food and quality. This place delivers and never disappoints, always consistent. The steaks are succulent and flavoursome, cooked exactly to your specifications. We had a poor experience in La zenia yesterday but this has restored our faith. There are Chef's out there who take a pride in the food they serve. Thank you Grill House, we can't wait to come back!
Very friendly restaurant who remember regular visitors. The menu is varied with a good choice on the set menu of 3 courses. The food is well presented and good value. There is a choice of inside and outside seating too and the general atmosphere is...excellent. I would suggest making a reservation which is easy on their website as it is always busy.
