The Grill Im Victor's Residenz Saarlouis

A Christmas gift of special kind led us to Saarlouis on 29.01.2016. We got maps for a culinary event in "THE CLUB", the event location of the Victor's Residenz-Hotel Saarlouis. Under the motto “Rock around Dinner” we enjoyed a delicate 5-course menu’s with a cowardly live music between the courses. Known from the Queen musical “We will rock you!”, the whole blood singers Sascha Lien and Sascha Krebs Evergreens rocked by the Beatles, Toto, Queen, AC DC, the Rolling Stones, and Co. Meine Frau und ich waren vom 21. 10 .21 bis 25.10 .21 außer am 24.10.21 (Ruhetag) Gäste im Grill. Wir haben uns die ersten drei Tage wirklich wohl gefühlt. Herr David Splieth hat einen hervorragenden Job gemacht. Bestellung aufgenommen, warme kleine Brötchen und Getränke gebracht und auch die wirklich guten Hauptspeisen zügig zum Tisch gebracht. Es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu Essen. Nun ,am 25.10.21 kam der „wirkliche“ Restaurantchef mit dem Namen Hofer aus dem Urlaub und war dann der ganz große Meister ! Wir haben noch nie einen solch von sich selbst überzeugten , eingebildeten ,beratungsresiestenten Mitarbeiter in der Gastrobranche erlebt. Auf meine Frage warum noch keine kleinen warme Brötch...

very delicious food! great service and good food. they have a great choice. not cheap, but they get worth for their money! we will definitely be back for a steak when we are in the opposite. Das Rindfleisch, medium rare gebraten, und der Salat einfach nur gut, der Service, nachdem der leere Teller abgeräumt war, mit anderen Gästen beschäftigt. Das kann definitiv nicht verbessert werden. Auch kein Billigangebot.

this place is great, they have aged 21 days meat, that is the standard time to get an ingenious taste when they are in saarlouis, they should give a try, I have tried 2 times with once a steak and then a burger.

Einige Sachen auf der Karte waren nicht vorrätig. Das Essen war generell gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eindeutig zu hoch!

far exceeded expectations. I loved both different meal times I had in successive nights. steak cooked to perfection.
