The Groove Train Cranbourne

Absolute worst restaurant in the Plaza. The staff have all gone down hill since working there. Since I worked there, management has been replaced, and so has the quality of the meat and products used. The chicken is now so thin, that it burns super easily. The burger/wrap makers have been known to not use gloves whilst prepping, which in this pandemic, is extremely unsafe. Poor staff. Poor management Poor hygiene. Tables are almost always dirty or unsanitary, there is nearly always rubbish on the floor, as staff don't care to clean it. Every since the franchisee owners bought the place it has gone ridiculously down hill.

We ordered take away and once home, I went to eat my Basic Instinct burger. The top burger roll was torn on one side, the schnitzel was burnt black and torn and crushed in the middle and the lettuce was brown and starting to rot,plus the burger roll was toasted almost black. Half the fries were burned black also. Absolutely disgusting.

I saw a Asian man with glasses at the counter taking a order mean that he was touching things, with waring plastic glove and moved to the kitchen and preparing and touching food. Not ! Not a acceptable mate! You guys need to learn how to handle food first. Never go again especially still corona virus going around...

I was here a few times, lemme tells you it's not disappointed! the huhn parma is absolutely delicious and they probably have one of the best pommes out there. whatever they do keep it because it works definitiw Reserva una mesa ahora

Not happy! Ordered the vegan schnitzel and took a couple of bites only to realise they gave me chicken! Tried to call the store but they turned their phone off.

eating comes nice and hot when I go in, although chips have to be cooked a bit longer, as I have seen some pink in the huh, but I like to come here at midday.

here at 5:45 clock, service was great and super fast. I have the plant-based Swiss burger and it was delicious. will be returned in any case :

First taste of Schnitz. Food was okay and portions were alot more generous than another place we tried afterwards. Thank you Reserva una mesa ahora

Got a wrap from here, they served rotten Lettuce in it. Horrible place.
