This has officially become my favorite restaurant! The fries are impeccable, and the burger is out of this world. The woman who served my son is a true goddess when it comes to customer service. Thank you for everything! The staff treats us wonderfully every time we come here. Even when the restaurant is busy, they always have a positive demeanor and are eager to help with anything we need. And make sure to try the new Brussels sprouts—they're absolutely delicious! I couldn’t even snap a picture because they were gone before I could finish my burger!
Typically a tasty choice, but my recent experience was not ideal. The ranch dressing for the tempura green beans was absent, and even after asking for napkins, they were never brought to me. I opted to try the Impossible burger instead, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite bland. I take some responsibility for selecting it, but I won’t be ordering it again.
I stopped by here to grab a quick lunch before heading home. There were quite a few people in the restaurant during my visit. The staff weren't unfriendly, but they also didn't come across as very welcoming. When I asked for ranch and ketchup, the person at the front seemed a bit irritated. Despite that, the food was delicious, and I really enjoyed it.
The food is prepared quickly and is of good quality. There are several vegetarian options available on the menu. The staff at the Concord Avenue location are attentive and accommodating. Both the restaurant and the restrooms are clean. Outdoor seating is also available.

I waited in line for quite a while, and when I finally sat down, I noticed the staff engaged in conversation for the first two minutes. I still hadn’t received my food after a long wait of 18 minutes, and other customers were getting their orders before mine.
I have received incorrect orders three times at The Habit on Concord Ave, and it has been a frustrating experience. Even though I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I’ve decided I will not be returning to the location in Concord, California.
The burgers and fries at this restaurant are outstanding, and their chocolate shakes are equally delicious. Regarded as one of the best burger spots in the city, the prices are slightly higher, but the exceptional flavor makes it well worth it.
I always have a great time enjoying the delicious food at The Habit! My favorites are the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad with roasted chicken and the Santa Barbara Char sandwich on sourdough bread. They are incredibly tasty!

I truly love the Santa Barbara Char Burger at this restaurant, particularly with the sourdough bread and avocado. The fries were fantastic as well. The patty is seasoned to perfection and incredibly juicy.
