Good Food Decent service Reasonable Price I?ve been here a number of times. Their food is always consistent. The Santa Barbara is my fave, but nearly any of it is good. All similar flavors with slight modifications to each. Love that they offer malted shakes. The fries are cooked well. The onion rings are quite tasty, esp with ranch. Service could be friendlier, but it?s overall not bad. This place is consistently busy at lunch and dinner hours. Great go to burger joint. This has officially become my favorite restaurant! The fries are impeccable, and the burger is out of this world. The woman who served my son is a true goddess when it comes to customer service. Thank you for everything! The staff treats us wonderfully every time we come here. Even when the restaurant is busy, they always have a positive demeanor and are eager to help with anything we need. And make sure to try the new Brussels sprouts—they're absolutely delicious! I couldn’t even snap a picture because they were gone before I could finish my burger!

The whole staff treats us amazing every time we are in. They are always busy but that never tarnishes their moods. They always wear a smile and are happy to help with whatever you need. Also TRY THE NEW BRUSSEL SPROUTS! They are FIRE i couldn't get a picture because they were gone before I could touch my burger!
Terrible service, super arrogant shop manager, prepared my sandwich missing basil Pesto sauce and when I considered that the sauce was missing, he threw the sandwich in the garbage abruptly. It took more than 10 minutes to give me a new order and still talk about taking photos. I really like the rebit chain, but I'll never be back in this store. Unhappy.

I stopped here to get a quick lunch before I left home. During my visit there were some people in the restaurant. The employees weren't bad, but they didn't seem friendly either. I asked for a ranch and ketchup and the person at the front seems irritated. Regardless of this, the food was delicious and I enjoyed it.
I truly love the Santa Barbara Char Burger at this restaurant, particularly with the sourdough bread and avocado. The fries were fantastic as well. The patty is seasoned to perfection and incredibly juicy.
Fast and well prepared food. Some vegetarian options on the menu. Staff at Concord Ave. Stores are attentive and acommodating. The restaurant and the toilets are clean. There are outdoor seating.
Great location. I love that they carry my favorite soda. It isn't everywhere like Pepsi, mountain dew, sprite. I love that they have outside seating. They have great customer service.

Wait for a while in line, then the first two minutes ladies were talking. I haven't got my food yet. Only after I waited 18 minutes, people got their food before me.
Love there Santa Barbara Char Burger with the sourdough bread and avocado. Fries were also good. Patty is flavored and juicy.
