I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order and refused to correct it because my son went to CVS to pick up a prescription. My son spoke to the manager, who simply told him there was nothing he would do to fix the issue. Since I recently had knee surgery and can't leave the house, this situation was especially frustrating. I couldn’t help but feel that my son, being a younger African-American man, was treated unfairly. It wouldn’t have been too difficult to correct my order, but instead, they chose to ignore my concerns. I will never return to this establishment! That was $50 wasted!
The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. The food was served quickly, and the cashier was friendly. However, my only issue was with the other staff members. While they didn't directly interact with me, they spoke loudly in Spanish as if no one could understand them. Unfortunately, I could, as Spanish is my first language. It was quite irritating to listen to their chat while trying to enjoy my meal. I could have sat outside, but it was too cold for that.
We are vegan and always liked their veggie burger made vegan style. But we were super excited to find they now have an Impossible Burger as well! The only downside is how many toppings had to be removed to keep it vegan. Note to fellow vegans the grilled onions and mushrooms are prepared with butter and there is no option for vegan cheese or Mayo. Overall still a good find and delicious burger! Best eaten in house hot off the grill.
Staff was super nice but the food did not look very appetizing. I ordered the patty melt and the patties were so small that they were offset to try and make it fill out the bread but it just didn't work.I wasn't feeling it and asked for a refund. The manager was super nice and very gracious and apologetic.Staff gets a 5 star for friendliness and politeness but unfortunately I was hungry and the food let me down.

I gave the cashier $100 bill. My order was for less than nine dollars I should’ve got $91 back I got $71 back I got cheated I don’t like it I’m never going back to this place again they can’t control their employees keep them from stealing from their customers
I really like this place, Habit Burger Grill. The food is excellent, and they offer many unique items that you can't find elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and really knows what they're doing—it's fantastic!
clean, well maintained,Fries were good. I have melted the patty to compare with good ole whataburger. could be better, the toast was great, I wish they cut the sandwich in the half let all these heat.
Had the chicken caprese on a ciabatta roll. It was amazing. I think it is a limited time special. If you like mozzarella, pesto, and chicken, you will not be disappointed.

The burgers are so delicious, and great with the fries or sweet potato fries which are cooked when ordered.??
Food is usually pretty good. This location not too fast. Didn't seem to be a sense of urgency today.
