I remember this habit being a lot better than it is now. I am very disappointed to write this, because I know at one point this habit was the forefront of quality and taste. I used to say that habit was better than In N Out. Unfortunately, the quality has vanished completely. On the double charburgers, the cheese just is not cooked properly.The buns are stale. The beef is overcooked. Maybe someone was having a bad day in the back of the kitchen, but this was not great at all. Charburger 1/5. Sweet potato fries 2/5. Flimsy, undercooked, no salt. Great service from the manager Amir today. Not only humbly cleaning tables and checking everyone was enjoying their meals but exceptional people pleasing skills. Great initiative shown all 'round!
Tried the chicken avocado club! The bread was very oily but loved the sandwich as a whole. Fries were also good and the thousand island sauce was super delicious! Will be back to try other stuff.
I was disappointed when they ran out of ice cream for my shake and had to substitute it with a regular soda. However, the rest of my meal was outstanding.

Missing burger/ missing food. Too expensive to have burger missing. Just lost a customer. Cant order here again. Buyer beware.

I ordered the tri-tip steak sandwich and onion rings, and everything was delicious!
My absolute favorite burger! They also serve the best Caesar salad I've ever had.
