The Habit Burger Grill

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. There have been many negative changes since my last visit, and I'm starting to wonder if this is the beginning of the end for this place. The service was lacking, the prices have risen significantly, yet the quality of the food has diminished. The beverages also felt cheap and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I think it's time to say goodbye to this restaurant.

Ordered on line. Very glad I checked in car prior to leaving. Only 2 of 5 sandwiches were correct. Had to order new one to get it correct. While I was waiting for the new one, I asked the person who seemed to be the manager how to order next time so it would be correct. I showed him the print out and he said that is how I should do it. I asked why they were wrong and all he said was sorry.

We ordered from the kiosk and asked for napkins or else it’s an automatic no napkins included order. We were never texted or anything that the order was ready. They didn’t even call out the number so the food was a little cold when we finally went to see if our food was ready. It also didn’t include our requested napkins (food is a little oily so we really needed it… .

This is the best place to eat! I absolutely love it here. It can get a bit crowded at times, but the food is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend it to anyone. I've been coming here since they first opened many years ago, and I've never had any problems. Reserva una mesa ahora

We ordered for pick-up and again order was incomplete. Twice I have ordered a Santa Barbara Char with ADD bacon, and twice it has been omitted. Maddening not to have driven back when we have already started eating.

food taste is good but not that good in preparation precautions. Me and my wife went to have a couple of sandwiches and they left the avocado skin in both sandwiches, one one was an inch big.

Habit is one of our favorite places to eat. We usually order takeout. My go-to choice is the chicken club, along with tempura green beans, and I always add a side of ranch and jalapeños!

I like the green beans. Char burgers are always on point.
