I wish to state I started drinking in this pub before this individual was born!! The problem was simple but became a battle of wills. A member of staff served me a hazy and undrinkable pint of Real Ale. When I complained, he said he didn 't understand, so passed it to a colleague. This colleague involved the rottweiler (aka Duty Manager) who was rude and aggressive telling me the pint was meant to be hazy. Incorrect, she then changed her tack, saying it was checked that morning, obviously not very well!! This Wetherspoons is based on an old theatre with a very modern extension making for an odd feel to the two separate indoor sections. The theatre side feels nice and traditional. On my last visit service was a little slow but the staff were apologetic about this. Both the food and drink were up to the expected standards. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Cheap beer and grub with a good selection. Very good, hard working and professional managers in Lola and Sophie let down by some of the blokes who are lazy and more into chatting and high fiving each other than customer service...manager needs to get a grip!

Yesterday, on Tuesday 28/3/2023, I had lunch and drinks with three friends at the Half Moon. The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere, clientele, and staff were all lovely. We plan to make this a regular dining spot from now on.

It's a nice lively place always filled with young people from Uni which is just around the corner. wide variety of drinks and food at quite a reasonable price actually.

The drinks are excellent and the food is delicious. This restaurant is a comfortable spot to enjoy drinks with friends. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. Some of the staff are incredibly rude and seem unwilling to serve us, displaying very moody behavior.

I will never forget this place, I’ve never seen in a morning a place so clutch to take a breakfast ! I will be back next time I come back in London !

Usual great range of beers and cheap satisfying food. Lovely venue, an old chapel and theatre. Well worth a visit if in the area.

Good place, with huge garden. Typical Weatherpersons with good drinks a food selection. Even when was busy, service went smooth.
