The catering hall, atmosphere, and restrooms left something to be desired. The staff and service were average as well. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The mixed greens salad had several pieces that were rotten, which I had to pick through with my fork. I managed to eat a few lettuce leaves, but I’m concerned I might get sick. The chicken was just okay, and I opted not to have the roast beef because it didn't look appealing enough for my taste. For dessert, there was only one flavor of ice cream – vanilla – which was rather lackluster. On a positive note, the music and entertainment were very good. I suppose we New Yorkers know our food!
Just had my wedding at the hanover manor and had the most amazing experience. Angelo and John listened to all my random requests and went above and beyond to try and make them possible for me. The matre D Steve made the day run as smooth as possible and I couldn't speak more highly of this place. Not only that, but the food was amazing, and there was so much! the dessert hour had people raving about it for days! The head waitress Karen was also great, bringing me and my husband so much food during cocktail hour so we could enjoy ourselves alone for a bit. Overall, I would choose this place again in a heartbeat.
I recently organized my third event at The Hanover Manor, which truly speaks to the quality of this venue! John, Angelo, and their team are incredibly easy to work with, and everything is managed so efficiently. The all-inclusive pricing offers unbeatable value, and the Crystal Room is absolutely stunning!
I would absolutely rate 5 stars. But the handicapped parking situation is disappointing, especially when valet parking isn't available. Although there was a big Valet Parking sign near the entrance, no one was on duty. Otherwise, the wait staff was great and the food was above average for a catering hall.

We are planning our wedding for next June. Picking the venue was the easiest part. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home.They are up front with everything and hands down have the best wedding packages. Amazing food and a beautiful venue. We can't wait for June 2024.

We had our daughters 1st birthday party here in the Crystal room. It was beautiful and the staff was great! Food was good and they helped us with setup when we needed it! Highly recommend!

I took off one star because the food was served late. However, the cocktails and dessert arrived on time and were delicious. The ambiance was pleasant, and the venue was nicely decorated.
Food was a 10 and the staff were very attentive. Great place to celebrate any occasion.
