After years of being a regular customer, I will not be returning to this restaurant. The cleanliness of the place is seriously lacking and it is poorly managed and maintained. Walking to the bathroom was disgusting, with the slippery, oily floor posing a safety hazard. We were served without plates and had to ask for them, being given takeout boxes and plastic utensils instead. The constant slamming of the entrance door was annoying and distracting. The nachos were a messy disaster and the burrito I ordered was incorrect, although I surprisingly enjoyed the BBQ Chick'n Burrito. However, the large chicken nuggets made it difficult to eat and there was too much BBQ sauce. I recommend asking fo...

The service at this restaurant was a bit strange. Two of the waitstaff were in the bathroom for an unusually long time, which made me feel uncomfortable. Despite this, one of the male waitstaff members was excellent. The food, initially mediocre, eventually won me over, especially the enchiladas and chili fries. I appreciated the fact that they provided plenty of napkins and had a pitcher of water on the table, although it was served without ice - which I prefer. Overall, the menu seemed diverse and appealing. I would recommend trying the takeout option to avoid any issues with the waitstaff.
The food taste great. The service can great to not that awesome. I ate here twice in last few days. I had a BBQ bacon burger. It was good but at nearly 14 dollars felt super small. I had the breakfast burrito on my second visit and it was a pretty decent size for around 11 dollars. It was very tasty. Now the one thing that'd I'd say there food is lacking is presentation. It's pretty plain looking. And food is just thrown on the plate I actually had to display or dress it in some sauce to make it look better. The floors are there but a little more presentation would go a long way here.
I can except that this place is a no frills, just food. But post pandemic it's just been completely downhill. I've given this place so many benefit of the doubts because I want to support a vegan eatery but I can't anymore. There's always a missing item or missing ingredient, the customer service is depressing, and the last and final time I ordered here I got NACHOS. The key ingredient you'd think would be cheese but there was no cheese, just a heavy heavy serving of sour cream. Never again Reserva una mesa ahora
This restaurant has undergone some changes. I used to really enjoy it, but I don't believe I will be returning. The cleanliness is lacking, especially during the dine-in experience. Instead of serving on plates, they provide disposable containers. Additionally, there is only one server who handles both takeout orders and taking orders for dine-in customers. The quality of their food has also decreased.
Good restaurant and great vegan options. The wait staff is very friendly and makes sure you to give explanations on food choices. I liked the food. I had the Mac and cheese, which is not super great but was decent. My husband had the jackfruit carnita burrito. The burrito was huge and easily a serving in it's own. Both tasted decent. I would come here again to try other options on the menu.
Ordered the Backyard BBQ Burger with side salad a side of fries. So savory, filling, satisfying. On the expensive side, but came with lots of food—one entree was enough for lunch for 2. Plenty of parking. A good variety of vegan menu items. Only one party allowed inside to order at a time—felt very safe during COVID-19.
The Kraken cauliflower was good but the backyard bbq burger was NOT. It had too much stuff on it NOT seasoned well. The Mac cheese was bland. Also, it came with a bucket of old, cold fries that could feed 4-5 people. How is that healthy? I wouldn’t go back. Ever Reserva una mesa ahora
Tried this restaurant a couple of times post pandemic and had a mixed experience. A recent visit was a less favorable experience, which was similar to a recent post. Came in for a sit down meal and was served fast food. Unsure what happened here.
Mac and cheese is fantastic. Service was great. I also got a delicious smores pie.
