The Hare And Hounds

I don't think that the hare hounds other similar pubs on any particular note. they don't have the best beer selection in any case, the building is interesting, but there is better off site, but if I'm in st albans, I always want to visit. I can't really explain it, some pubs just feel right.

good pub, slightly off the beaten stretch in the lower st albans. good selection of ales and eating is of good quality (here only once eaten). The outside area is quite eclectic old, beaten sofas and a rough and finished gras area. room for improvement, but worthy of four stars.

Amazing home made Sunday roast made at short notice for my partners birthday. Well priced. Even though a small side dish was missed off the order, they delivered it to us within a few minutes. We will definately spend a few quid in the pub once lock down is over. Thanks again
