Warm and friendly welcome. Limited but good choice on the Prix Fixe menu but complemented by an excellent choice on the blackboard . We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the dressings accompaniments were superb. The surroundings were comfortable and the decor just right for a country pub atmosphere. We will certainly be going back. Full marks to the Owner Chef from La Reunion!
Hare and Hound Pub, Lingfield We had a wonderful lunch in this very quaint country pub in Lingfield. Our meal was beautifully presented, the quality of ingredients and expertise of the French chef made for a culinary delight. The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. Will definitely being going back.
I love the relaxed feel to this place. My hubby and I decided to grab an early Friday evening supper. We just went for a main course which was Rib Eye Steak and Chips although there was plenty to choose from! The steak was very tasty and not too fatty. A really nice early evening meal in nice surroundings.
