Well we certainly would highly recommend The Harrogate Tea Rooms for a delicious and plentiful Afternoon Tea! It’s necessary to book in advance and we were required to pay a £10 per person deposit. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to our reserved table, where we were each asked for our choice of sandwich. I chose Coronation Chicken AMAZING! My husband chose cheese and chutney. I absolutely adore this restaurant! If you're considering going, please do! The setting is in a charming Victorian-style building with plenty of tables. It was quiet when we arrived, allowing us to relax. We had prebooked Afternoon Tea to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was fantastic; absolutely delicious and well worth the cost! A delicious afternoon tea was delivered at our request. All freshly made sandwiches and cakes along with the best scones in harrogate! Highly recommended. Please support this local independent business during lockdown. We will be hotfooting it to the tea room when they are able to re-open.
My wife and I have just had three lovely days in Harrogate. On each day we visited the tea rooms. Excellent cakes, scones, teas and coffee combined with old fashioned service All the cakes etc are home made In my view not to be missed if visiting this delightful town
Delightful place in a beautiful old arcade. The owners were very friendly. Had the Yorkshire rarebit with a ginger beer was very tasty and served with a side salad, followed by the blueberry scone delicious would definitely recommend!
