My recent experience at the Holyhead Pub left me pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied with their exceptional customer service. After receiving an unexpected parking fine following my visit, I reached out to the pub for assistance. Despite my initial concern, the staff promptly directed me to contact them via email to address the matter. To my relief, the next day I received a response from the manager, Robert. He promptly and efficiently resolved the issue after I provided him with the details of the parking ticket. I visited the pub for lunch with my sister. We ordered an the app so didn't go to the bar. Food was good enough and service was friendly. However, two weeks later we both received parking fines from using the car park. Neither of us saw any signs, either in the car park or in the pub telling us to pay or sign into a machine. After looking on trip advisor, I phoned the pub and emailed photos of the fines and a copy of the receipt. They managed to get the fines cancelled, which was great.
This is a very pleasant chain pub. You're not going to get haute cuisine, but the food is very pleasant, and the drinks have variety, and the staff are very pleasant. Worth a midweek treat, but best to avoid at weekends when the crowds descend.
Amazing service, breakfast was lovely and served fast, all food was cooked perfect and came out hot, we all enjoyed the breakfast and will definitely be back, manager Gareth was amazing too so thank you

Me and my pal came in for some food and a few drinks.lexi was a very accommodating host along with Alex who was very nice when taking my food order. In addition the food from tam was absolutely superb
Dropped in to swap tickets for Cov vs Wolves, did not realise that the car park was a separate entity and ended up with a fine. The staff were really helpful and quashed the ticket. Top people.
Even though this is a large pub, it's still a great local, Great staff. I'm always well taken care of . Can heartily recommend this place!
Went for bite to lunch on way back from shopping. staff friendly food was quick, good selection of food to choose from. Reasonable price
