So, today while I was at work I decided to order a honey baked sandwich through DoorDash. As I was removing the tomatoes off my sandwich I noticed black smeared on my bun, on the lettuce and a small black insect on my lettuce. It look like they didn’t attempt to properly clean off their produce (lettuce) I immediately became disgusted, because normally I would just dive into my sandwich but this time I couldn’t. I’m a dissatisfied customer, I’m still hungry and I missed out on my lunch break because of this incident. I never had an issue with honey baked ham before but this is distasteful. Please by all means check your food before biting into it.
An 81 yrs. old disabled man sent me to Honey Baked Ham. He wanted*Sliced Ham*Mac Cheese*Dressing*Sweet Potato Souffle*Potato SaladA man name Mr. Robert was the cashier.Mr. Robert HELPED ME!!!You See the disabled 81 yrs. old man sent me with INSTRUCTIONS that his Ham MUST BE JUICY and not dry.Mr. Robert Helped Me.READ WITH CARE!!!I saw something take place atHoney Baked Ham that I wasn't aware of.....They make Sandwiches with a side of Potato Chips and a Beverage.WOW!!!I DIDN'T KNOW THAT!!!
Only ever dealt with this place when I needed a ham for the holidays but we Have eaten lunch here 3 times in the last month and every time my sandwich is fantastic. Service is great and the staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. Last trip there I got the HoneyBaked sandwich with double meat. ?
I ordered the smoked turkey and was disappointed that the glaze applied to the turkey made it taste like ham...very salted ham! I could tell the turkey was cooked well, it was moist and juicy. Next time, no glaze. All of my guests commented on how salty it was and that was a disappointment.

I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for my food that I prepaid for. Ridiculous no offering of a free drink or anything. Only reason I am here is because I had a bunch of gift cards to use. I don't care about any of the other stuff. I will never order from here again. OMG.
The service was fast and courteous. They had obviously prepared for the expected Christmas rush. Parking was ok, but it was a little confusing getting into the business. The ham was a little bit overcooked on the edges, but will probably be tasty. It smelled delicious.
The location is lovely, and the service was exceptional. My family ordered sandwiches, which were outstanding—truly delicious. Each of us tried something different, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
Friendly staff and very helpful. After having to make a last minute holiday menu change this location was very understanding to my needs.

Each store individual offerings but quality remains. Situated in mall on busy travel ways. Prices reasonable.
Very crowded there has got to be a better way to get your pre paid
