My partner and I have been coming here for many years and ordering take away, I have to say tonight will be our last night ordering take away from the hoppersclub. Everytime we order meals there is always something missing .tonight our salads were missing and this is like the 10th time that food is missing When my partner went and picked up the food there was another customer complaing that there burger was missing. The lady said the kitchen was closed. How can that be if the restaurant is full of customers. Staff don't know what there doing . The customer paid for 2 burgers and only got one. And everytime we go in for take out we have food missing always. I have always supported local. But...

Haven't been here for many years, maybe 10 years. I knew it had undergone a make over years ago but I'd not seen it until the other day. It looks much nicer than it was. Our food came out really fast, which was a surprise considering we ordered steak and ribs. Are they partially pre-cooked? I've worked in hospitality many years and I've never known pre-cooked steaks to be a thing. Or come out that fast. The kids meals came out right away, which was great, we didn't even ask for that. Love a place that knows you should just pump out any kids orders asap. I don't think it was value for money. I don't like that it's not table service. We've been frequenting the Hoopers Club for many years, but this was the worst meal we've ever had. The salt and pepper squid was tough and greasy, and the tartare sauce they served was actually just mayonnaise. The gravy that accompanied the chicken schnitzel was tasteless and lacked any seasoning or flavor. The only positive aspect was the service and the burger, which my son enjoyed quite a bit.

Wonderful meals for 4 of us. Value for . Great ambience, live the booths. Staff could have been more observant when a disabled gent needed to use bathroom. Over priced for meal size. Ordered a rare steak which was destroyed by the amount of charcoal. My partner had a well done steak which was crucified worse than jesus. Not worth the money. The star is for the fast service. And because you can't give zero star ratings.

Our first visit wasn't particularly enjoyable, but the food was good. Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful and informed us, rather rudely, that they didn't offer table service and that we needed to place our order at the counter, which we weren't aware of.

This is a charming little club, but unfortunately, the bar staff were quite disappointing. They seemed unenthusiastic and provided very poor service, often looking frustrated. I don't think I'll be returning again.

first time been there for food the best food in the western suburbs and staff were great I highly recommend this place for food and service well done hoppers club Reserva una mesa ahora

Great lunches and friendly service. There were 4 of us, and we each enjoyed our meals.
