Place is going down hill rapidly! Come here often with the kids for food and a run around in the soft play and and have noticed past few weeks each visit gets worst! The place is filthy. Inside the soft play was cruched up crisps squashed banana blood drippings that were old clearly not been clean properly . The toilets were even worse ! No toilet roll or hand soap after addressing this twice still nothing was done. Toilet roll all over the floor and shot on the ceiling marks all over the toilet seats ! Place was freezing cold and just smelled awful We decided not to stay the full hour after paying £12 because it was just disgusting and quite concerning especially after seeing the blood Girl...
took my niece and nephew to fuzzys eds the doors were locked I asked at the bar if it was opening because there was a sign behind the door saying closed for a private party was told by the lady behind the bar “ In a while “ I said I thought it was 11 “she said theres no staff what do you want me to do I cant be everywhere” a few minutes later a young girl opened the door we went in there was bits of food all over the floor the play equipment was filthy especially the orange mat near the ball pool my niece and nephew came down and said there was pile of **** tissues at the top we told the young girl who went and got them then went back to sitting on her phone it was also absolutely freezing!...
Came for Sunday carvery and such a disappointment. Waiting ages for the simple things like mash and veg staff walking round miserable not attentive in the slightest Fuzzy eds was just as bad with every table dirty/sticky floor was a mess with balls and food girl behind the counter didn't seem overly bothered and just stood on her phone Not sure what has happened to the place all the decent staff must of left Will be going elsewhere until things improve
A great Sunday well spent. First we had carvery. Service at the bar was easy. We opened a tab. Carvery was tender and succulent. Service from Dan was great. Welcoming and friendly. We then went into the Fuzzy Ed’s play area. A vast improvement has been made since we last visited. Atmosphere was great. Thanks for a lovely experience

Went up for a Carvery, great atmosphere, quick and friendly service, shame about the guy on the carvery leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Staff are friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Carvery was spot on as usual, fresh meat, in fact everything was so fresh and very filling.
Popped in with friends for a latte to warm up and have some lunch. The food was great, the service from Dan and the team also great. Dan mentioned the carvery on a Sunday is a really good offer, so we've booked a table can't wait!
We visited for a family birthday. The carvery was very good, great portions, everyone was polite and helpful. The soft play was very convenient for the children and the adults...
Dans service was fantastic, he went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be returning in the near future! The jerk skewers were lovely

Service from Dan was great, fantastic experience, kids had fun in the soft play. I would highly recommend. Nothing was too much for the team.
The staff are really great tia Ellis Kelly and daz they are really supportive with all the children and caring they are really nice
