A lovely pub and outside areas, however service and food was a massive let down. Went for Sunday lunch, had a drink first In the garden and the arrived at 1.30 to be seated, got given menus only to be told there was no beef and only pork available or the steak. At 1.30!? Most of us chose the pork, was left waiting for ages so had to get someone's attention to order, seemed to be only 3 people running the bar and the restaurant, asked for tap water which was forgotten, tried to get someone's attention to order drinks but we had been left half an hour now so I went up to order. Rooms: The bedroom was too small for two of us and a dog. The bathroom even tinier. The bed was very small tooalso would have been nice to have a Venetian blind or shutter as with Roman blind lifted to let light in. Very up to view! Nearby activities: Lovely village, close to many Cotswold attractions Food drinks: The food and drink very good and the downstairs rooms very pleasant fire lovely Noteworthy details: A pretty Village, pretty gardens, lovely restaurant and bar rooms just our bedroom very very small

Fantastic pub, classy with a comfortable atmosphere. Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating. The food is stunning, photo taken halfway through our meal. Will be returning! UPDATE: They now host weddings, we were at their first one and it was just beautiful! Can't recommend enough Service: 5 Location: 5

Harry is the greatest barman in the Cotswolds! ‍ All of the food was excellent although I didn’t take photos of my burger. Nice ambience a mix of regularly and visitors. Service: 5 Location: 5
