Not a good experience!! (1st negative review I've ever posted I don't do this lightly. I just wanted a decent Burger Fries what I received was virtually inedible. Ordered a basic cheeseburger fries (about $10 . The burger patty cheese was cold the bun was quite stale stone cold. (It's like the burger was cooked maybe 30 minutes prior, and then served. Also, very sparse condiments (a tiny bit of mayo, mustard , so very dry. I tried 3 bites, and just gave up. When I returned the burger to the counter (which I've never, never done before , there was no offer to even heat up the existing stone-cold burger. I also later contacted the restaurant on-line about the experience, but no reply after 3-d...
I thought it was just me but I’m glad I’m not the only one who felt snubbed by the cashier. I understand working with the public is tough but I was polite and she was still very stand off ish and cold with me. I had to initiate conversation to start the order. If you don’t want to be there, then please don’t show up. I probably won’t be coming back here if this is how you treat not just customers but people in general. Not all of us are going to be rude to you or make your day hard.
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant for the first time after seeing the photos on their website, but I was quite disappointed with my meal. The onion rings were undercooked, and the gyro meat was overcooked and served cold. Had I been dining in the restaurant, I would have sent the food back and asked for a refund. It was truly disappointing.
Burger patty was dry and all around just average/below average. The chicago dog was ok, not bad. The soda wall is neat, and the atmosphere is nice, having it tucked away in downtown Lagrange.But if you want a good hotdog, go a mile south to Kombs. If you want a good Burger, go to Little Joes.

As a Chicago native im pretty disappointed in this place service was sucky all employees were on there phones no hellos or thank yous come again as a family we were hungry and look forward to eating here once we got our food I pretty much lost my appetite pretty over priced as
My grandmother, who is 93 years old, and I have dined here twice. You can be sure that we will continue to explore their wonderful menu. They offer an impressive variety of unique hot dogs and hamburgers, and my grandmother particularly enjoys the choices available.
First off, cashier was grumpy. Then after I ordered, my burger patty came out raw. I did NOT ask for it raw. Then refused to give my money back. Wouldn’t return.
I ordered a cheeseburger, but the bun was dry, as if it had been left on the grill for too long. Additionally, the server forgot to bring my drinks.
