Was v much looking forward to a couples lunch before the children finished school for the summer. We walked with two dogs and sat outside. We have always had excellent service; so friendly and attentive. Waited for menus or to be greeted with a drinks order but nothing! Gave up and ordered inside. Very slow service but goid excellent. No one took any furthur drinks orders nor asked us about the food. No water for our dogs. Other people waited for ages outside also being ignored. Won't return, wish I'd spent £55 elsewhere. Service was most definitely without a smile
The service here is impeccable! I'm usually known as the awkward one, as I'm coeliac and vegetarian, but here I felt it was really inclusive! I was spoilt for choice! The in house chef made my food from scratch! Gf pastry even! The portions were super generous, and they even came round with extra roasties! Nothing was too much trouble, great knowledge of allergies and I felt like I was in safe hands. Absolute 10/10. I'd give it more stars if I could. Very expensive drink prices paid over £5 for a coke for my daughter, that was before the beer and wine price. . Nice place but the view and the place doesn't justify those prices. I even asked the young girl serving if that was correct. I've been a local there for years but that's a bit too much. There are similar experiences in devizes that offer a better experience for your wallet. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
