The Hub - Reservar una mesa

We have ordered the Veg Burger multiple times and each time we requested to add avocado for an extra charge. However, the avocado is always missing despite being charged for it. The toppings on the burger are inconsistent and do not match the menu description. Additionally, I was served ingredients that I am allergic to, which were not listed, and the restaurant refused to refund me. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food is typically great especially when eating there. However for feedback, the chicken was double the size of the bun so way too hard to eat, super messy. Cheese fries were soggy and absolutely swimming in sauce. Now, I love a good sauce but for delivery maybe put the cheese on the side so the fries dont turn into soggy pool noodles. Still LOVE the hub just might do pickup or eat in instead.

The chicken tenders were delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was amazing. However, the chili cheese fries tasted more like sloppy joe sauce fries and I wasn't a big fan. Overall, I was happy that the rest of the food was excellent!

Hub made Dasher wait. Additionally, I always order a burger with mayonnaise. However, this time it was smothered in mayo, which has never happened before.

Always cooked the way I like it, great sliders, and the salads are underrated.
