The Hub at Holiday Inn

Modern clean and spacious, decent hotel restaurant. Menu laid out well with indicators such as vegetarian and gluten free, as all menus should be. Breakfast buffet is much better than any standard hotel buffet, and includes custom dishes such as three types of eggs Benedict that can be modified such as yes pepper jack, no bacon, add tomatoes....Good juice and exceptional fresh fruit including melon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and Saskatoon berries. Multiple meat dishes, eggs, and very tasty cinnamon French toast. Lots of variety for everyone. Met with colleagues while we were staying at hotel, found a three in one experience! First, the Hub has a very cool feel to the bar area, great for just chilling with a drink or appetizers. A couple of strategically placed TV's made it perfect to watch the hockey game as well. Finally, the great wine list and amazing food made us feel we were in a high end restaurant. Not bad for one location! Wine special was a great recommendation and the food was delicious, particularly liked the sweet chili chicken. Will definitely go back!

I never think to go to this restaurant but will do so in the future. Had a really good meal with great service. Standard pricing in comparison to other restaurants and not inflated hotel restaurant pricing. Atmosphere was nice - like all the windows. Convenient location to start off an evening at TCU.

I was there for work so ate by myself. Booths have a TV so you can watch something and eat your meal which is nice. I had a steak sandwich which was really good with tossed greens salad which was fine (it's a salad :-). The mushrooms that came with the steak were delicious. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place always has great choices on the menu. We tend to stick to a few things. Their soups are always delicious.We've had their fish and chips, their sliders, their chips - all are great.

everything else was closed or too much effort by the time we checked in, so we just popped into the Hub. Great service, reasonable prices, and pretty good selection of grub and spirits.

The staff and quality of food was wonderful. We very much I enjoyed our stay in Saskatoon. A big thank you to Angela for such a great drink and dining experience.

We enjoyed whiskey tasting and fun times here! We were a large group and at night best bartender keeping everyone happy

The lunch didn't have a huge variety but they did have a gluten-free bun so than one could find something to eat.
