I usually have a great experience but the young woman in the KU sweatshirt that waited on me last Tuesday 8/15 was extremely rude. She charged me $23 for a 32oz caramel granita and a 32oz iced mexi mocha with oat milk and an extra shot. When I questioned the price she tried to tell me the 2 $7 drinks were more because of the special milk, the extra shot and the flavoring. Once she took the time to recheck her work she realized she charged me for a 3rd drink. Without a single apology or or any type of accountability for her screw up she looked at me and said I will make you another drink for free . We had our first visit to The Human Bean, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. We ordered an Italian soda, an iced cinnamon toast snowy, and a cold brew coffee. Each of us absolutely loved our choices; everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place, not just for the outstanding service, but also because their coffees and other menu items are truly tasty!

please update hours. Everything else is perfect it's just hard knowing when y'all are open which is impossible working night shift. This is my favorite shop just sucks when y'all close at 730, leaving dunkin the only one open.

This is always a stop on our way to KC, the staff is so kind, the drinks are delicious, and the chocolate covered espresso beans are AMAZING. Make sure to buy some or you'll regret it later! Reserva una mesa ahora

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly and quick, and they always have great suggestions. We often check online to see the unique off-menu items they offer.

I don't NORMALLY grab an iced and a hot drink. But these two were an easy choice. Java Chip Granita and Snowy Mocha. The snowy got dumped into my tumbler and that froth!!

Please update your hours. I left our baseball game to get a cup of your coffee because your website says open until 9pm. You were closed at 8pm. Very disappointed.

Google Maps stated open until 9:00pm. Went around 8:30pm only to find it closed.
