The Hunters Lodge Inn

We run a Welcome Cafe for people who live alone and people who just need company and support. We come under the umbrella of the Lyme Regis Development Trust and we decided that we would treat nearly thirty people to a Christmas lunch and the Hunters Lodge did us proud. The Christmas table decorations were beautiful and the lunch was excellent and so well presented. Service was first class and the staff were so kind to our visitors. We met some family here for lunch around 12 and before we knew it, the pub was closing around 3.30ish. The time had slipped by so quickly with drinks, meals and coffees. We ate in the main bar area which was warm and welcoming as were the staff. Two of us had the surf and turf and two baguettes. Everyone was happy with their meals. The coffee was also good. Recommended.

Have driven past here many many times, his however was the first time that we’ve eaten in here. Called in for breakfast, plenty of seating in this large dog friendly pub. Friendly staff, who gave us time to decide. All breakfast’s served to our table were freshly cooked extremely tasty. Nicely decorated pub with nice atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended.

A family of 9, celebrating 2 birthdays, called 20 minutes before arriving at the restaurant after being disappointed by another local pub. The food was incredible, with 7 steak meals cooked to perfection and other delicious dishes. We will definitely be returning, as the staff were welcoming and polite. We had a fantastic and laid-back dinner at this restaurant. When I mentioned while booking the table that it was a surprise meal for my daughter's birthday, I was pleasantly surprised to find a happy birthday banner waiting for us on the table. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you so much!

We have been before and we really enjoyed it then. Our most recent visit was no different! We both absolutely loved it. They had a special menu going and both of our meals came from it. Both meals tasted amazing and the service was lovely from all of the staff. Shall definitely be visiting again!

The service at this restaurant was exceptional, slightly surpassing the quality of the food. It was hard to find any faults with this wonderful dining establishment. It was a pleasant surprise to see a wide variety of gluten-free options, including a gluten-free beer on tap.

we were staying at River Cottage.This came up as the nearest pub and with good reviews.The pub offers plenty of parking.Ambiance was lovely and plenty of spacious seating.An extensive menu with reasonable pricing.So would highly recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice friendly, fabulous food. I had Steak and my Daughter had Hunters chicken there sauce is the best iv ever had.Its my daughters favourite restaurant.

Popped in for late lunch- one of the only pubs around serving all day in a Saturday. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. Would recommend
